Assessing the Situation
We started by assessing the existing system. The central air conditioning system was indeed old and inefficient. The loudness was disturbing the peaceful atmosphere of Romarico's home, and it was clear that the unit required a significant overhaul or replacement.
Delivering a Solution
After careful evaluation, we decided that replacing the Goodman condenser would be the best course of action. We selected a replacement from among top HVAC brands like Carrier, Lennox, American Standard, Trane, Rheem, York, Ruud, Amana, HEIL, Bryant and Daikin. Our experienced technicians got to work installing the new condenser. We added a dedicated electrical line for the condenser and installed a new disconnect box. We also installed a drain line and secondary safety drain pan for added protection against potential water damage.
Ensuring Quality Air
We didn't stop there though; we knew that improving air quality was paramount for Romarico's family too. So we integrated features such as humidification and dehumidification into their system along with an electronic air cleaner and HEPA air cleaner.
